Il Granaio delle Idee takes part to the 24th Expo Culinaire, the international competition scheduled from April 4 to 8, 2021 in Dubai with the world's top chefs of catering, pastry and bakery in the Horeca sector. The Padua-based company led by Federico Allamprese has been invited among the main partners.
On the 24th of April 2017, the Court of Padua declared that the activity of Il Granaio delle Idee srl does not constitute unfair competition to the multinational Puratos spa and ordered it to reimburse all legal costs.
The company Nardone Martino of San Giorgio del Sannio (Benevento, Italy), leader for over 40 years in the trade of machinery, accessories and furniture for bakeries and restaurants, was the ideal location for the course "I COLORI DEL PANE" held on 13th and 14th of May 2017.
Il Granaio delle Idee was Training Partner in the lesson of 27 September 2018. One of our technician-bakery chefs held a lesson about the new healthy trends in bakery. It emerged that today it is no longer enough to bake regular bread: bakers must be able to enrich their offer with organic, clean label but above all healthy baked goods.
Il Granaio delle Idee has achieved two of the most important Food Certifications in the world, BRC and IFS with excellent assesments. This goal affirms our reliability and our extreme professionalism with which we control the quality of our products and select our suppliers.
Our packaging has been the subject of a graphic restyling to highlight our keypoints of 2020. We have expressed them through keywords in English. This choice is motivated by the strong push towards internationalization that we are experiencing in recent years.
