Il Granaio delle Idee consolidates its commercial partnership with Dubai and brings to the UAE the Italian bread and the clean label philosophy. The occasion is the 24th Expo Culinaire, the international competition scheduled from April 4 to 8, 2021 in Dubai with the world's top chefs of catering, pastry and bakery in the Horeca sector. The Padua-based company led by Federico Allamprese has been invited among the main partners.
Il Granaio delle Idee is specialized in the production of semi-finished products and clean label improvers, 100% made in Italy, for pastry and bakery. The company will officially launch its brand on Middle Eastern markets during an event attended by members of the Italian consulate and other partners of the event. For the Padua-based company, this is an important step in the consolidation of international expansion, which follows the strategic partnership recently signed with Transmed, the most important distributor in the supply chain for the Middle East and North Africa, guest at the 5-day event in Dubai. In the UAE, Il Granaio delle Idee is already present alongside the Bakemart group, one of the most important brands of baked goods in the country with 2 production centers and 5 gourmet stores. For the occasion, the bakery-chefs will bake and explain live some of the clean label products (free of chemical emulsifiers and synthetic additives) and functional bread blends branded Salus. In addition, BurgerEnzymes Plus improver will be the protagonist of the Sandwich Class, one of the categories of the culinary competition.
