Now available for the first time in the home kitchen, with Migliora® the home baker gets amazing results in bread, pizza, focaccia and cake recipes.
The range: Migliora® Bread is a natural improver that gives bread more volume and a golden color; Migliora® Pizza improver makes pizza dough easier to roll and the baked pizza crispier; Migliora® Cakes is the yeast for cakes with enzymes that makes them softer, for longer.
