Il Granaio delle Idee will be present at IBA 2018, the international trade fair of reference for the bakery and confectionery sectors, which will be held in Munich from 15 to 20 September 2018.
This year, on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the company, we decided to give further visibility to our entire production range, not only through the extensive and renewed exhibition area, but also through a sensory immersion that will involve visitors right into the preparation and processing of our products. To do this, we have set up a real "h24 laboratory" for bakery inside the stand, which will be available to all guests.

With us at IBA 2018 there will also be the executive pastry chef Giuseppe Mancini, consultant and trainer in major national and international cooking schools and already artistic gold medal for four years in a row at the international competition sponsored by the Italian Chefs Federation.
