A range of natural mixes created by Il Granaio delle Idee to innovate the artisan bakery sector, while respecting tradition: the Nucleo® mix for bread making. These are concentrated mixes of different ingredients, homogeneous and stable, for the creation of special bread for all tastes. The baker has simply to add them to the flours normally used. Changing the dosage, it is possible to prepare many tasty and special baked products: bread, bread substitutes, buns, cakes, cookies, croissants...
