Nucleo Patata

Nucleo® Patata mix is ideal to prepare soft and delicate bread, rich in potato flakes. Using this concentrated mix the bread will be soft and crumbly at the same time. With this Nucleo® mix for bakery you get artisanal bread, pizza or focaccia bread that can be customized with one of our bread decorations or with salt grains, according to the baker's taste.

How to dose our Nucleo® mixes?
To simplify the work of the artisan baker, the Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 2+8 dosage, that is: 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour.
