With our Nucleo® Soia mix you can prepare a genuine soy bread, characterized by soy gritz and wholemeal soy flour. Tasty and crispy, this bread is suitable for those looking for an alternative source of protein, such as vegans and vegetarians. Soy is in fact a legume which contains a much higher protein content than other legumes.

How to dose our Nucleo® mixes?
To simplify the work of the artisan baker, the Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 2+8 dosage, that is: 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour.
