WrapEnzymes is the enzymatic improver specifically formulated for piadine (Italian flat bread) and tortillas. With WrapEnzymes the finished product will remain moist insidenever dry. It gives an extreme softness and allows to easily roll piadine and tortillas, avoiding the formation of cracks. WrapEnzymes ensures that bakery products can be rolled up for 12 weeks of storage.
