Madre 150 Lievitati is a dry sourdough for pastry, ideal for Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba cake and other large leavened cakes from the Italian tradition. We recommend the use of Madre 150 Lievitati combined with our Panett-1 Plus 2% improver, that gives softness to the finished product and increases shelf-life up to 8 weeks. Panett-1 Plus 2% also improves volume, resilience and chewability.
