Our Active Durum Wheat Sourdough is a dried sourdough that enhances the characteristics of the finished product. It gives a savoury flavor and it is suitable for all types of bread, focaccia, breadsticks, crackers and pizzas. It is perfect for making durum wheat large loaves. They will have intense yellow tones and particular aromas given by durum wheat.
