Teff Quinoa Hemp Chia pizza mix

Chia, quinoa, teff and hemp: seeds and cereals from different nations combined togheter to give a pizza with rich flavours and aromas. This Nucleo® mix for pizza gives the dough the acidulous aromas of wheat germ, the hazelnut taste of hemp seeds, the sweetness of teff and quinoa, in the toasty scent of bran.

  • Gurmé stuffing ideas: we suggest stuffing the pizza base prepared with this pizza mix with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables and aromatic herbs.

How to dose our Nucleo® mixes?

Our pizza mixes do not affect the usual preparation of master pizza makers. By adding these blends to the flours normally used, the pizza base is enriched with a unique sensory experience. The Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 5+5 dosage, that is: 5 kg of Nucleo® + 5 kg of flour.
