Malted flour and toasted barley malt characterize this Nucleo® mix for pizza. Our Malts Pizza mix gives the pizza base an elegant look, with a naturally burnished colour. A sophisticated mix of aromas and strong taste which characterizes the pizza dough in a particular way.

Ideas for Gurmé fillings: we suggest stuffing the pizza base prepared with Malts Pizza with smoked cold cuts, seasoned cheeses and dried fruit.
Our pizza mixes do not affect the usual preparation of master pizza makers. By adding these blends to the flours normally used, the pizza base is enriched with a unique sensory experience. The Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 2+8 dosage, that is: 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour.
