Malted flour and toasted barley malt characterize this Nucleo® mix for pizza. Our Malts Pizza mix gives the pizza base an elegant appearance, with a naturally burnished colour. A sophisticated mix of aromas and strong taste which characterizes the dough in a particular way.

  • Ideas for Gurmé fillings: we suggest stuffing the pizza base prepared with Malts Pizza with smoked cold cuts, seasoned cheeses and dried fruit.

 

How to dose our Nucleo® mixes?

Our pizza mixes do not affect the usual preparation of master pizza makers. By adding these blends to the flours normally used, the pizza base is enriched with a unique sensory experience. The Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 2+8 dosage, that is: 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour.
