Breaty is the bread mix specially formulated to make rustic Ciabatta bread with warm color tones, intense aromas and a malty scent. This Nucleo® is also enriched by the refined notes of cocoa. Its name and characteristics remember the typically British atmospheres of the malted English beers. With this mix, the bread will have a crunchy crust and a soft and well alveolated crumb. It is enhanced by a rich mix of seed and flakes: sunflower seeds, flakes of malted wheat and sesame, combined with durum wheat sourdough.
