7 Cereals is the complete mix for breadmaking composed of an exclusive blend of corn flour, rye flour, rice semolina, barley flour and toasted soybean flour. The addition of barley flakes and mixed seeds (sesame, flax, oat) gives the product extraordinary crunchiness and a real explosion of flavors. 

Thanks to live lactic ferments, the bread is characterized by excellent meltability, the crumb is well-alveolated and the product maintains its fragrance for longer.
