Mix for Pane Funzionale Salus Dark, with a dark color and full flavor

Pane Funzionale Salus Dark is a flour blend for making tasty, low-carb functional bread. Thanks to the inclusion of baking malts, which give the bread toasted aromatic notes, it differs from the Classic version in its dark color and full flavor. Pane Funzionale Salus Dark offers seven nutritional benefits: reduced calories, reduced carbohydrates, high protein, high fiber, low fat, reduced sodium and oat beta-glucans. In particular, beta-glucans help reduce blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of beta-glucans, contained in approximately 150 g of Pane Salus Dark (Reg. (EC) No. 1924/2006 and Reg. (EC) No. 1160/2011).
