Pane Funzionale Salus® Classico

The mix with cholesterol-reducing beta-glucans

Pane Funzionale Salus® is a premix for producing functional, light bread that combines a unique taste with nutritional balance. It is made with 100% Italian wheat: the wheat used is sown, grown and harvested in Italy by Italian companies and milled by Italian mills in Italy. This revolutionary mix enables bakers to produce bread with seven nutritional benefits: reduced calories, reduced carbohydrates, high in protein, high in fiber, low in fat, reduced sodium and with oat beta-glucans.

In particular, Pane Salus contains oat beta-glucans, which help reduce cholesterol. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of beta-glucans (contained in approximately 150 g of Pane Salus) - in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 and Regulation (EC) No. 1160/2011.
