| Amordolce Mix | 800 g |
| Coarse cornmeal | 400 g |
| Fine cornmeal | 400 g |
| Butter | 500 g |
| Whole eggs | 400 g |
| Sugar | 300 g |
| Raisins | 500 g |
| Marsala | 200 g |
Method
The day before, soak the raisins in the Marsala.
Mix the butter and sugar, then add the eggs, the cornmeal, Amodolce and finally the raisins.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
