Apple cake with Amordolce Classico

Product used
Ingredients
| Amordolce Classico | 1.000 g |
| Milk | 320 ml |
| Apples | 3-4 circa |
| Chocolate chips | 130 g |
| Sugar | q.b. |
| Lemon juice | q.b. |
Method
Place Amordolce in the planetary mixer, add the milk and mix.
Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut the apples into wedges and leave them to macerate in a bowl with a little sugar and lemon juice.
Set aside enough wedges for decoration.
Cut some apple pieces into smaller chunks and fold them into the mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and mix with the paddle (or flat beater) attachment for about 3 minutes, until the batter is smooth and uniform.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin approximately 24 cm in diameter.
For the decoration: arrange the reserved apple wedges over the entire surface, taking care not to let them sink too far into the batter. Alternatively, insert the wedges vertically into the cake in groups of 3-4 at a time.
Bake in a preheated conventional oven for about 40 minutes at 180°C. Before removing the cake from the oven, check that it is fully baked using a toothpick.
