Il Granaio delle Idee recognised by Intesa Sanpaolo among Northeast Italy’s “Imprese Vincenti”

Imprese Vincenti, Intesa Sanpaolo’s touring programme celebrating Italian business excellence, stops in Padua to honour 15 companies from Northeast Italy that are financially sound and have grown for three consecutive financial years, with stable or increasing employee numbers and positive profitability indicators.

The goal? To celebrate SMEs that exemplify Made in Italy excellence and give a voice to entrepreneurial experiences that can truly inspire other businesses in the region.

Among the 15 companies selected is Il Granaio delle Idee, recognised in the Food & Beverage category for the following distinctive strengths:

- Innovation: a strong openness to new IT and production technologies, with a focus on flexibility and fast customer service; - R&D: expertise in enzyme technology and a strong drive for product innovation (Pane Funzionale Salus®); - Italian identity: Il Granaio delle Idee competes from a leading position in certain product categories (Nucleo®) with the sector’s largest multinationals in Italy; - Clean Label: products free from chemical emulsifiers and synthetic additives.

“We filled a gap in the baking industry by bringing innovation,” explains Federico Allamprese Manes Rossi, CEO of the clean label company Il Granaio delle Idee. “Our strong commitment to research has enabled us to become a benchmark in the production of enzyme blends, completely eliminating the use of chemical emulsifiers.”
