Il Granaio delle Idee TAKES PART IN IBA 2018

Il Granaio delle Idee will be at IBA 2018, the leading international trade fair for the baking and confectionery industries, taking place in Munich from 15 to 20 September 2018.

This year, to mark the company's twentieth anniversary, we have decided to give our entire product range even greater visibility, not only through an expanded and redesigned exhibition space, but also through an immersive sensory experience that will involve visitors directly in the preparation and processing of our products. To achieve this, we have set up a fully equipped “24-hour baking workshop” inside our stand, available to all our guests.

- Bakery chefs in action and live baking demonstrations every day. - Our range of clean label products: natural enzyme-based improvers, concentrates for specialty breads, our organic range and much more. - A team ready to welcome you and tell you all about the latest additions to our product range.

Joining us at IBA 2018 will be executive pastry chef Giuseppe Mancini, a consultant and instructor at leading national and international culinary schools, and a gold medal winner in the artistic category for four consecutive years at the international competition organized by the Italian Chefs Federation.
