Il Granaio delle Idee takes part in Tim Zip's Open Day in Zagreb

Once again this year, Il Granaio delle Idee took part in the traditional Open Day organized by Tim Zip, the company that distributes our clean label bread-making products in the Balkan region.

The event, held on 18 April 2018 at Tim Zip's headquarters in Zagreb (Croatia), hosted the company's national and international business partners, who presented their latest products for the bread-making and pastry sectors. It was aimed at customers and industry business owners from Croatia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Serbia.

Throughout the day, our technical bakers carried out numerous technical demonstrations using the following products:

• Panevivo natural bread improver, which increases shelf life, softness and crust elasticity

• Enzymatico natural bread improver, which increases dough stability and promotes greater volume and the “Oven Spring” effect

• Celluzymes natural bread improver, specifically designed for products containing fiber, which stabilizes the dough and promotes crumb structure development

• Bruns natural bread improver, which controls bread browning

We thank Tim Zip for this important opportunity, which allowed us to provide training on our products and the clean label philosophy, as well as offer tastings of our natural products free from chemical emulsifiers.
