Buongiorno Benessere (RAI1) visits Il Granaio delle Idee

On 22 March 2018, Pane Funzionale Salus®, the innovative light and healthy bread developed and produced by Il Granaio delle Idee, took centre stage during an inspiring day at the company.

Our headquarters hosted a business breakfast organised by IDonna, a business network with numerous members, founded to create new synergies and turn ideas and passions into business opportunities.

During this exclusive event for entrepreneurs, Federico Allamprese Manes Rossi, founder and CEO of Il Granaio delle Idee, introduced the company. Topics included the clean label philosophy, flours, ancient grains and bread-making mixes made exclusively with natural ingredients. But the true star of the day was Pane Funzionale Salus®, the light and healthy bread with no fewer than 7 authorised nutritional benefits, which helps reduce cholesterol thanks to its oat beta-glucans.

During the day, with remarkably good timing, we also welcomed presenter and journalist Francesca Brienza and the crew of Buongiorno Benessere, a health and wellness programme broadcast on Rai1. The journalist interviewed Federico Allamprese Manes Rossi and explored Salus, from the preparation stages to an in-depth look at its ingredients. Biologist and nutritionist Stefano Sbrignadello made a particularly valuable contribution, highlighting the importance of bread in our daily diet.

Special thanks to the Buongiorno Benessere crew for their visit and to the IDonna organisers for such a valuable and inspiring event.

Here is Francesca Brienza’s full report, broadcast on 31 March 2018 on Rai1 during Buongiorno Benessere.
