Our team of bakery technicians is at the customer's disposal for technical bakery demonstrations, both in our laboratory and at the customer's technical laboratories. We also provide industry specific support to improve production processes with our enzymatic blends.
Theoretical and practical training is one of our main activities. We support the artisan bakers in one-to-one training lessons and during open days at our headquarters. Our master bakers are always available to illustrate use and dosage of our semi-finished products of the Nucleo® line or how our enzymatic blends interact with the flours used every day. Each Nucleo® Mix by Il Granaio delle Idee is in fact a versatile bread mix which allow the baker to prepare special breads and different types of sweet and savoury bakery products: crackers, breadsticks, rusks, focaccia bread, flat bread, shortbread pastry, cookies, croissants...
