A single blend to obtain three different bases for pizza and three different taste experiences. With specific dosages of Nucleo® Pizza Type 1, Type 2 and Wholegrain, it is possible to obtain different shades of colour, aroma and taste that characterise the type "1", type "2" or wholegrain.

 

Our pizza Nucleos do not upset the usual preparation of master pizza makers: adding these mixtures to the flours normally used, it enriches the base and gives a unique sensory experience.

  • Dosage: 0,5 kg of Nucleo® + 9,5 kg of flour for Pizza Type 1 | 1 kg of Nucleo® + 9 kg of flour for Pizza Type 2 | 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour for Integral Pizza

  • Ideas for Gurmé fillings: This pizza base is extremely tasty with mountain cold cuts and smoked cheeses.
