With the valuable properties of wheat bran and fiber, you will find in this Nucleo® for functional pizza. A perfect harmony between consistency, aromas and palatability, for a balanced and healthy food style.

 

Our pizza cores do not upset the usual preparation of master pizza makers: adding these mixtures to the flours normally used, it enriches the base and gives a unique sensory experience.
