Malted flour, together with toasted barley malt, characterize this Nucleo® for pizza. It gives the base a refined appearance, with a naturally burnished colour. A sophisticated interplay of aromas, which gives off a strong taste and characterizes the dough in a particular way.
Our pizza Nucleos do not upset the usual preparation of master pizza makers: adding these mixtures to the flours normally used, it enriches the base and gives a unique sensory experience.
