Malted flour, together with toasted barley malt, characterize this Nucleo® for pizza. It gives the base a refined appearance, with a naturally burnished colour. A sophisticated interplay of aromas, which gives off a strong taste and characterizes the dough in a particular way.

 

Our pizza Nucleos do not upset the usual preparation of master pizza makers: adding these mixtures to the flours normally used, it enriches the base and gives a unique sensory experience.

 

  • Natural and clean label Nucleo®.

  • Dosage: 2 kg of Nucleo® + 8 kg of flour.

  • Ideas for Gurmé fillings: this Nucleo® is recommended for white pizzas. Exquisite with smoked meats, mature cheeses and dried fruit.
