WHAT IS NUCLEO®? A concentrated blend of natural, homogenous and stable ingredients which, in addition to the flours usually used, makes it possible to obtain special bases for pizza. These flours should therefore not be replaced, but rather enriched by our blends. Il Granaio delle Idee has created this new product from the world of artisan bakery and pizzeria and has filed the registered trademark: Nucleo®.
A total of 8 different Pizza Gurmè blends, that guarantee a decisive increase in the performance of the dough and do not upset the usual preparation of pizza. Pizza Gurmè blends help pizza makers in all stages of preparation and allow:
