Our pizza and pasta mixes are characterized by special ingredients that enrich the dough with new colours and aromas. Pizza and Pasta Gurmé lines blends guarantee improved dough performance and do not change the usual pizza preparation. They work according to the Nucleo® formula: the pizza or pasta maker add them to the usually used flour in very precise proportions, to obtain special bases for pizza or delicious fresh pasta doughs.
All our blends are clean label, without chemical emulsifiers or synthetic additives and are produced in Italy from the highest quality ingredients with guaranteed performance.
