By varying the amount of water added to 100 g of Pâtisserie - Crème Grand Cru, it is possible to prepare creams characterized by different thickness:
By adding 150 ml of cold water, you get a dense cream, ideal for freezing or for making excellent puddings;
Adding 200 ml of cold water, you get a cream of medium density, for filling croissants, krapfen, puff pastries, fruit tarts or as an accompaniment for dry biscuits;
By adding 250 ml of cold water, you get a not very dense cream, ideal for spoon desserts to be filled as desired.
