WHAT'S A NUCLEO®?

A concentrated blend of different, homogeneous and stable ingredients, which allows the baker to make numerous special breads, adding different percentages of his own flour. Il Granaio delle Idee has designed and introduced this innovative solution in the world of artisan baking and has filed the registered trademark: Nucleo®.

Our references are all natural and clean label: the baker can prepare not only bread, but also substitutes for bread (such as crackers, breadsticks, toasted slices), focacce, biscuits and croissants.
