VENETIAN FRITTELLE WITH NUCLEO® PAN BRIOCHE

With this product the softness rhymes with versatility: you can produce not only very soft braids and sandwiches, but also delicious and cheerful Venetian Frittelle!

 

Here the recipe for the delicious Venetian pancakes and for a Carnival more festive than ever!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g type "0" wheat flour

  • 500 g Nucleo® Panbrioche

  • 540 ml water

  • 250 g sugar

  • 22 g Baking

  • 360 g raisin (optional)

 

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients together with a planetary mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour small portions of the batter into the boiling oil and fry until they get golden.
