SALUS Functional Bread is the semi-finished product for the production of light and healthy bread that combines unique taste and nutritional balance. Without having to give up the pleasure of good bread, SALUS helps the consumer to lead a correct lifestyle and stay in shape.
This revolutionary flour mix has seven nutritional benefits: energy-reduced, low fat, reduced carbs, high fibre, with oat Beta-glucans*, high protein and reduced sodium.
*Beta-glucans in particular help to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of beta-glucans (about 150 g of Pane Salus).
