This bakery mix is made of turmeric, a spice from South Asia, rich in proven beneficial properties: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, purifying and digestive. Nucleo® Curcuma mix gives the bread and its substitutes a typical yellow ochre colour and a slightly spicy flavour. Sunflower seeds and oat flakes enrich the taste.
How to dose our Nucleo® mix for bakery? To simplify the work of artisan bakers, the Nucleo® mix dosage on the weight of flour is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity to add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 5 + 5 dosage: 5 kg of Nucleo® + 5 kg of flour.
