Polar frozen bread improver

Polar guarantees excellent performance to doughs that have only been partially cooked before being frozen and require only a quick bake-off. This enzymatic improver gives more strength to the gluten and more stability to the dough, favoring the increase in volume. It also reduces crust flaws, such as break, developing of stains or color differences.
