Salus Functional bread is the semi-finished mix for the production of a light and high protein bread that combines pleasant taste and nutritional balance. It is made with 100% Italian wheat: the wheat used is sown, cultivated, harvested in Italy by Italian companies and is ground by Italian mills.
This revolutionary blend of flours allows to obtain a bread with seven nutritional benefits: reduced energy, low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fiber, low-fat, low sodium and with oat beta-glucans. In particular, oat beta-glucans help reduce blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of Beta-glucans (about 150 g of Salus Bread), as per Italian law (Reg. (EC) n. 1924/2006 and Reg. (EC) n. 1160/2011).
